What Are Plywood Battened Cases?

Our plywood battened cases are crafted from a variety of sheet materials, including 9mm plywood and up to 18mm. After cutting the selected material to size, we reinforce it with timber battens.

These battens not only strengthen the case but also serve as a secure method of joining the panels to create the body or sleeve. The case is then completed with a sturdy base—available in two-way or four-way configurations—and a battened lid for added protection.

Custom Cases

Custom plywood cases, also called ply-batten cases, are an ideal solution for businesses needing secure and efficient storage, transport, or export of large, heavy, or bulky items.

These cases are constructed using plywood panels reinforced with timber battens, ensuring both strength and durability. Their design allows for custom sizing to accommodate various requirements. Furnisoft

Furni-Soft is a cushioned, protective blanket that protects furniture from damage during storage, shipping, and transit. It’s available in rolls and can be cut to size.

Detects and records impact and mishandling of products during transportation

Ideal for shipping fragile goods

If a package is manhandled, the circular indicator will show partial or full red colouration. Any red in the indicator window alerts receivers to inspect for potential damage
