Our Logistics Team is ready to provide you with a detailed quote within 2 hours of your request. We’ll then schedule a convenient collection time and offer on-site “Soft Packing” to safeguard your items during transport to our warehouse.

Upon arrival at our warehouse, a detailed “Condition Report” with photographic documentation will be conducted. Our packing process includes tailored solutions for any additional support, padding, or specific requirements your item may need. We maintain open communication throughout the process to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

We’ll document the packing process with photos, and once complete, prepare the necessary paperwork for export, including commercial invoices, Lacey Act, and Art & Antiques Declaration forms, along with an Airway Bill. You’ll receive the tracking information, condition report, and packing photos.

During transportation, we assist with clearance instructions and offer a Delivery Duty Paid option. Upon delivery, you will receive confirmation; “Proof of Delivery” via our integrated system.
